There is a nice nature walk boardwalk to the northeast of tower two. The elevated boardwalk goes through the forested area and has music! Once you get to the gate, enter code 1987#. That will take you on a path around the parking lot and you will end up right behind a little shopping center. This is where Another Broken Egg is located. Great breakfast and brunch place.

Saltwater Grill on Middle beach road (Hutchinson Blvd). They have fresh seafood, and the Prime Rib is exceptional! Be sure to leave room for the Dessert Sampler. Shuckums Oyster Pub and Seafood Grill - Head west about 2 miles on Front beach road. Locally Owned and Operated, they offer good food for the value. And their FRESH SHUCKED OYSTERS don’t get much better than this! It’s great if you want good seafood or bar food in a casual atmosphere. Keep your receipt to get $5 off your next visit too. Captain Anderson’s - Although they have been labeled “touristy”, the food and service is still top-notch! Kind of expensive, but if you can swing it, it’s a great experience, sure to delight! The waiting area is filled will with very interesting, signed photographs of the Stars, and when they visited. They have a fresh Seafood Market on site, or you may want to go early, and watch the fleet unload, the days fresh catch! Their dining experience is first class and can accommodate large groups. Pineapple Willies has good food, great atmosphere, and AWESOME house band (The lead singer, used to be the front man for Kansas). If you want to literally eat on the beach, this place is for you. It’s like a long pier that extends onto the beach, lined with tables, friendly service, and strong drinks. The scenery is perfect, and it is not overpriced either. Plenty of room to sit, and watch the sunset, while waiting for your table. Plenty of sitting room, so it is ideal for those less mobile.
